Your Inbox keeps you updated on activity that needs your attention, like being mentioned in a comment, invited to a workspace, or a custom model finishing training. Here is what to expect from it.
What shows up in your Inbox
You will see a notification when:
Someone @mentions you in a comment
You are invited to a workspace
A new workspace is created for you
A project is created
A custom model finishes training, whether it succeeds or fails
You earn an achievement
A few notifications are admin-only and will not appear for other workspace members. These cover things like Creative Unit usage thresholds, auto-reload status, member and role changes, and rewards.
Finding your Inbox
Look for the bell icon in your workspace sidebar header, next to Search. You can also jump there with the shortcut g then n. A small blue dot appears on the bell whenever you have unread notifications.
Reading and managing notifications
Your Inbox has three tabs:
Inbox, everything, read and unread
Unread, only what you have not read yet
Archived, anything you have archived
Notifications are grouped by date (Today, Yesterday, This week, This month, Older), and you can keep scrolling to load older ones.
To manage a notification, hover over it and choose to archive it, or use these shortcuts: E to archive, R to mark read or unread. If you archive something by mistake, an undo option appears right after. You can also use Mark all read to clear your unread count without archiving anything.
Opening a notification
Selecting a notification marks it as read and takes you to the related session, project, or page, so you can act on it right away.
Email & Slack Notifications
Want to receive notifications to your connected email as well? Select the email icon to turn this feature on. You can also connect your Slack account for further notifications as well.
