Can I get a refund if I switched to the Free plan but was still charged?

Yes! Contact our support team on [email protected] with your account details and we’ll review your billing history.

Are team members unlimited in the Studio plan?

Yes, but you are billed per active member.

If I cancel my subscription and return later, do I pay for the gap months?

No, your account will be credited and past funds will be available from the moment you reactivate your subscription.

Can I still use the app after canceling my subscription?

Yes all files and history would be accessible yet you'd loose access to paid features.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support for permanent deletion. You can manually remove your profile photo and delete workspace before that workspace settings> delete workspace.

Can I change the email I signed up with?

No. Each account is created based on an email therefore you'd need to create a new workspace to change this.

I didn’t get my email verification—what now?

Check your spam folder. If it’s missing, request a new email or contact support.

How do I change my password?

Visit Account Settings > Security to update your password.

How do I delete prompt history?

Prompt history deletion isn’t currently available yet you can delete assets in your sessions. Right click>delete asset.

How do I delete files from my workspace feed?
Manually remove files from your feed. Activity feed deletion is in development.

How do I update my username?

Go to Workspace Settings > Profile.

How do I update my workspace name and icon?

Go to Workspace Settings > Profile.

Can I be a Billing Admin and not be charged?

Yes. Billing Admins don’t generate content, so they aren’t charged.

If we suspend a user and then reduce the number of seats, will those users be automatically removed from our monthly billing?

You can add or remove users at any time during your subscription. Charges are applied on a prorated basis for the month for billing. For example, if you add a user mid-month, you’ll be billed for their usage for the remainder of that month. If you remove a user mid-month, you’ll receive a prorated credit for that user’s unused time. We don’t issue refunds in such cases—credits are applied to your account for future use.
