Cancellation and refunds
Last updated: October 10, 2026
How cancelling a subscription works, and what our terms say about refunds. The binding policy is the Terms of Service; this page summarises it and does not replace it.
Cancel a subscription
In your workspace settings, open Billing and click Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. This opens Stripe, our payment provider, where you confirm the cancellation. Cancelling needs billing access in the workspace; if you do not have it, ask a workspace admin.
The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after it. Until then, the Billing page shows Cancels on with the date it ends.
On an Enterprise plan, your agreement with us sets how it ends. Contact your account team.
Refunds
The Terms of Service (sections 5 and 13) state that:
- Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, unless the terms expressly say otherwise or the law requires it.
- Creative Units are non-refundable, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money, including when a subscription ends.
- If we end your subscription for a reason other than a breach of the terms, we give you 7 days' written notice and refund a pro-rated share of the prepaid fees for the unused part of the term.
Read the terms for the full wording, and for anything this page does not cover.
Failed generations
A generation that fails, or that you cancel, before it delivers anything is not charged, so there is nothing to refund. See Creative Units for how a run is charged.
