See what your workspace has spent
Last updated: October 11, 2026
See how many Creative Units your workspace has used over a period, how that compares with the period before, and which models, people or agents the units went to. Use it to cost a content drop, check spend before a renewal, or report usage to finance.
Before you start
You need access to workspace settings. If Workspace Settings is missing from the workspace menu, ask a workspace admin.
This page reports what was spent. It does not list what each kind of generation costs.
Steps
Click your workspace name at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Workspace Settings, then Usage. The page opens on the last month, up to today.
To look at a different range, click the dates next to Period and choose the range you want. Total Creative Units Used, Average per Day and the chart update to match.
Click Group and choose how to break the spend down: Model, Modality, Mode, User or Agent.
Result
The top of the page shows Available Creative Units, your Current Subscription and your latest one-time purchase. Below the period controls, Total Creative Units Used compares the period with the one of the same length before it, and Average per Day spreads the total over the period. The chart stacks each day's units by the grouping you chose, and the table under it lists every group with its Creative Units Used and a total. Grouped by Model, the table also shows Measurements and Generation Cost for each row.
Production tips
Cost a content drop. Set Period to the exact dates of the event's production window, then group by Model to see which generations drove the spend. Repeat for the next drop and compare the totals before you plan the one after.
See who spent what. Group by User to split the total by teammate, or by Agent to separate agent runs from Direct generations. Group by Modality to compare image, video, 3D and audio work.
Take it to a spreadsheet. Export CSV downloads the current period and grouping. If your workspace has child workspaces, choose This workspace or All workspaces for a combined export across the hierarchy.
Share a view. The period and grouping are part of the page address, so a link from the browser opens the same breakdown for a producer or finance.
Check before the period ends. With billing access, Units breakdown under Available Creative Units lists each grant with what remains and when it expires, so you can use units that will not roll over.
Fund a team's workspace. Use Transfer Creative Units to move units to a parent or child workspace, so each team works from its own balance.
If something goes wrong
"You don't have permission to access workspace settings." Your role cannot open workspace settings. Ask a workspace admin for access, or ask them for an export.
The totals look too low. Check the Period: the page opens on the last month only. Widen the range to cover the work you are looking for.
The Subscription card says "Couldn't load your subscription." Click the refresh icon next to Last updated, or reload the page. If it persists, contact support.
Export CSV is greyed out. The usage data has not loaded yet, or failed to load. Wait for the chart to appear, or refresh, then try again.
