Find your recent work
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Pick up where you left off: see the newest files in your library, or only the ones you used in a run lately, most recently used first.
Steps
-
In the sidebar, click Asset Library. The grid is sorted by Created, so the files your workspace made or uploaded most recently come first.
-
In the rail on the right, open Used within (it reads Show all) and choose a window: Past hour, Past 24 hours, Past 7 days, Past 30 days or Past 90 days. The grid keeps only the files you used as an input to a run in that time.
-
Open the sort menu at the top of the rail (it reads Created) and choose Used. The file you used last moves to the front.
Result
The grid shows the files you have been working with, the most recent first. The filter and sort are part of the page address, so the browser's back button, a bookmark or a copied link returns to the same list.
What counts as used
A file counts as used when you attach it to a brief for the agent, give it to a tool or a workflow as an input (a reference, an image to edit, a video to extend), or add it to a reference set. Opening or downloading a file does not count, and neither does generating it: a file you just made is newest under Created, not under Used.
Use is yours alone. Your teammates' runs do not move a file up your Used list, and yours do not move theirs.
Production tips
- One keystroke to your recent files. On the Asset Library page, press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and choose Switch to Recently used: the past 90 days, sorted by Used.
- Your own output. With more than one member in the workspace, set Created by to You and keep the sort on Created to see what you made, newest first. Source set to Generated leaves out your uploads.
- Keep it one click away. Save the combination you check every day as a view; see Save a library view.
- Pickers start here. Every file picker opens on what you used in the past 90 days, so the reference you used this morning is already at the front when a tool asks for a file.
- Recent sessions. The Sessions list in the sidebar shows your recent sessions; open one to see the board and everything it made. See Find and reopen a session.
If something goes wrong
- A file you made today is missing under Used within. Generating a file does not count as using it. Set Used within back to Show all and sort by Created.
- Used within has no window longer than 90 days. Use goes back 90 days. For older work, sort by Created or search by name.
- The sort jumped back to Created. Setting Used within to Show all while sorted by Used returns the sort to Created, because files you never used have no use to sort by.
- The grid is shorter than you expect. Check the project switcher at the top of the sidebar: with a project chosen, the library shows only that project's files.
