Find your work in the library
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Every image, video and 3D model your workspace makes or uploads lands in the library. Find an asset by name, open it full-size, and read the prompt and details it was made with.
Steps
In the sidebar, click Asset Library. The grid shows the workspace's assets, newest first.
Type part of the asset's name in Search items... at the top right. The grid narrows to the assets that match as you type, best match first.
Double-click the asset to open it full-size.
Result
The asset opens in the viewer. The panel on the left shows its Prompt (with Copy), file type and size, Date created, Created by, its labels and comments. The panel on the right lists the tools you can run on it, Open in session, and the Export options: Download, Copy image and Copy link. Use the arrow beside the asset to move to the next one in the grid without closing the viewer.
Production tips
- Name for search. Keep names on a pattern your team agrees on (character, state, view, for example ranger-idle, ranger-portrait), so typing one part of a name pulls up the whole set.
- Combine search with filters. Under Filters, tick Image, Video or 3D, or pick a label, to cut a large library down before you search.
- Share the exact view. The search text and the open asset are part of the page address, so a link you copy from the browser opens the same results, or the same asset, for a teammate.
- Reuse a prompt that worked. Click Copy next to the prompt and start the next variant from it rather than writing a new prompt from scratch.
- Label as you review. ⌘-click (Ctrl-click on Windows) several tiles to select them, then label the selection, for example approved or needs paintover. The label filter then shows each group in one click.
- Keep working from the viewer. Open in session takes the asset into a session; Download saves the file for your engine or DCC tool.
If something goes wrong
- The grid says "No items match your filters." A search term, filter or label is still applied. Click Clear filters.
- An asset you know exists does not show up. Check the project selector at the top of the sidebar: set it to All projects to search the whole workspace. Then try a shorter part of the name.
- The prompt is missing. Only generated assets carry a prompt. Files uploaded to the library show their file details without one.
