Choose which sessions are in My sessions

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Keep My sessions to the work you care about: see why a session is on your list, take one off, or add a teammate's.

How a session gets on your list

My sessions lists the sessions you are a member of. You become a member of a session automatically when you:

  • create it, including from a template

  • chat with the agent in it

  • run a tool or generate in it, including live generation

  • run a workflow in it

  • edit an asset on its board

  • like one of its files, or set a file's status

  • comment on its board or on one of its files

  • are mentioned in a comment on its board

Your teammates join the same way, so a session you started is also on the list of everyone who works in it. Agents and automations never join a session. The Created by filter still means the person who started the session.

Steps

  1. Select All next to Sessions in the sidebar. The list opens on your sessions: under Filters, Member is set to You.

  2. To take a session off your list, right-click it and choose Remove from my sessions. Select the undo button in the message that appears if you change your mind.

  3. To find a session that is not on your list, untick You under Member. The list shows every active session in the workspace, each with the person who created it.

  4. Right-click the session you want to follow and choose Add to my sessions.

  5. Tick You under Member again. The session you added is on your list, and the one you removed is gone.

Result

Your list, and the sessions under Sessions in the sidebar, hold the sessions you added and leave out the ones you removed. Adding or removing changes only your own list: the session itself, and your teammates' lists, stay as they were.

Production tips

  • Removing a session keeps it off your list for good. Generating, chatting or commenting in it again does not bring it back; choose Add to my sessions when you want it back.

  • The same menu is in the session itself: select the arrow next to the session's name at the top of the page, then Add to my sessions or Remove from my sessions.

  • To bring a teammate into a session, mention them in a comment on its board. The session joins their list, and they are notified. See Comment on assets and mention teammates.

  • To see only the sessions you started, tick You under Created by instead. That view is also where you can select several sessions at once to archive or delete them.

  • Remove from my sessions is personal; Archive is for everyone. Archive a session when the work is finished for the whole team, and remove it from your list when only you are done with it.

If something goes wrong

  • A session I did not create is on my list. You worked in it, liked or commented on one of its files, or a teammate mentioned you on its board. Remove it if you no longer need it.

  • A session I removed did not come back after I worked in it. That is expected: a removed session stays off your list until you add it back with Add to my sessions.

  • I cannot find a teammate's session. Untick You under Member. If it is still missing, it may be archived (choose All under the status filter), or a project is selected in the switcher at the top of the sidebar: switch to All projects.
