As an enterprise admin, you manage a pool of creative units that spans your entire account. The Transfer Creative Units feature lets you move units between your parent workspace and any child workspaces, so each team always has what they need to keep campaigns running.
Before you start
You need Admin access on the workspace you are transferring units from. If you do not see the Transfer Creative Units section, check your role under Settings > Team > Members.
How to transfer units
1. In the left sidebar, click your workspace name, then go to Settings and select Usage.
2. The Available Creative Units card shows your current balance and any units reserved by generations in progress. Click Units breakdown for a detailed view.
3.Scroll to the Transfer Creative Units section.
4.Click the Destination workspace dropdown. Select the parent workspace (marked with an arrow icon) or any child workspace.
5.Enter the number of units in the Amount field.
6.Click Transfer units. The balance updates immediately on both workspaces.
Things to know
Transfers are immediate. There is no undo, so double-check the destination and amount before confirming.
You can transfer in both directions. Units can move up to your parent workspace or down to a child workspace, depending on where capacity is needed.
Transfers draw from the workspace you are currently in. To move units from a child workspace back to the parent, switch to that child workspace first, then repeat the steps above.
