Finding your work in the Library

The Library holds every generation in your workspace. Search, sort, and filter to find who made what, and when — the upgrade from the old activity feed.

Everything generated in your workspace is saved to the Library automatically. In the old Layer you'd scroll the activity feed to see what everyone was making — the new Library replaces that with real search, sorting, and filtering, so you can pinpoint who made what, and when.

The filter panel at a glance

On the right of the Library you'll find:

  • Search — find assets by name or content

  • Sort byCreated (by date), Used (recently used), or Name

  • ViewsAll items, Recently used, Generations, Uploads

  • Type — Image, Video, 3D, Audio, Playable, and more

  • Created by — filter to one or more people

  • Label — filter by labels you've created

Find your team's generations

By default the Library shows everyone's work across the workspace — that alone replaces the old activity feed. To focus on specific people, open Created by and select one or more teammates.

"What was I working on last Tuesday?"

  1. In Created by, select You.

  2. Set Sort by → Created so the newest work is first.

  3. Scan down to the day you're after — open any asset to confirm its exact creation date.

"What was a teammate working on two weeks ago?"

Same recipe, different person:

  1. In Created by, select the teammate.

  2. Sort by → Created.

  3. Scroll back to roughly two weeks ago.

Add a Type filter (say, Video) if you only care about one kind of asset.

Narrow it further

  • Type — combine with Created by to see, for example, only a teammate's videos.

  • Search — type a keyword to find assets by name or content.

  • Sort by → Used — surface what's been touched most recently, handy for picking up where you left off.

  • Generations vs Uploads — separate AI-generated assets from files people have uploaded.

💡 Filters stackCreated by + Type + Sort by Created together answer most "who made what, and when" questions in a couple of clicks. Your filters also show up in the page URL, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.
