Why is my model still generating?
If it takes longer than a few hours, cancel and try regenerating. If it doesn't help contact support.
Can I cancel a training session?
Yes but it would count towards your allowance. Contact support if needed.
Can I train with more than 25 images?
Yes we don't have a hard limit. The more assets you train with the longer the training takes takes due to increased training step count and GPU usage.
Some of my model variations failed. What now?
Contact support with the model ID. We’ll look into it.
How do I get a high-res PNG or PSD of a variation?
Click on the variation to download it, or request via [email protected].
Can I delete a model variation?
Yes, in the custom model dashboard.
Can I export or move models between workspaces?
Yes. Admins can handle this by importing them to workflows they are part of important models should appear in the drop down lists.
Are there more models to choose from?
Yes! Browse the Model Library.
What are the prompts for in the final creation step?
They help test the model's performance and consistency.
How do I generate the same character with different expressions or poses?
Use consistent prompts and reference images in your training set. Additionally you can use prompt edit to repose characters. Check out the relevant template for this from Layer's home page.
Why is Character Pose disabled for some models?
Some models don’t support this reference type. Use Layer character templates in those cases or reach out for suggestions.
Creating a model means training AI, right?
Yes.
